I find that most people starting on raw have a little
trouble with watery poops for the first few days, if
not the first week.
I know my pup is JUST starting to have solid poops.
I think the reason they have all the watery poops is
because their body is flushing out the nasty kibble.

Also, (in my opinion) it's completely unfair for your
mother to come over and feed her kibble when that's
obviously not what you're feeding her. It's hard
enough to deal with a major food change, but to have
your mother feed her kibble right when you're changing
her over is not good for anyone, especially the dog.

Stick with the chicken quarters until her pooh starts
getting more solid. It will happen, you just have to
give it a little time.

Let us know how she fares!

Nathalie

I just got my pup (8 weeks old) a couple of weeks ago and started her out with chicken breast, legs and some backs (no skin) 3x a day. She had diarhea for 6 days and even had a little blood in it - she had no parasites and was as playful as ever. But on day 7 solid poop! I had given her a little slippery elm bark powder while she had the diarhea (to sooth her tummy). I started her on some pork and again a little diarhea. Make sure there aren't any parasites and make sure she's acting normally. Good luck!

Holly Z.

I Feed ribs of all sorts and the prices have been good on them lately I know that they are bony but they give the dogs a real good workout if you feed each one a rack. What is a 6 way cut?

My guys like ribs and the pup plays with them, I go out and pick them up the next day or so.

Just really found out this am that Jagger is not fond of meat
without bones in it. He will eat chicken thighs and breats as long
as they have skin and bones. He will eat steak without bones, go
figure. Stuck his nose up to fish fillets. Not sure exactly about
ribs. They scare me, more bone than meat and some have small bones.
Haven't tried other meats yet. Also he won't always take the meat
out of the dish himself, he waits for me to hand it to him. Kathy

Thank you Carla, I was surprised also, only from inexperience. When
he took reserve I thought that meant 4th. place. Duh, I still have
so much to learn.Kathy
