I am a big fan of whole cow feet, not hooves--feet. Hair removed, skin
on; maybe as much as two pounds each, from hoof north to above the
fetlock (wrist). Typically some cannon bone ais included; this
contains marrow.

My big Lab needs at least an hour to work through the skin and
connective tissue and small bones and marrow. I take away the bare
length of cannon bone. My other retrievers may work on a foot for
several days.

Calf or lamb heads are also terrific chew toys.

Some people have good luck with deer antlers. No question they are
more socially acceptable than either cow feet or calf heads!
