Gizzards are fine to feed, although for a lab they are VERY small!
They are classified as a muscle meat by rawfeeders. My dog didn't like
them until they...'aged' in the fridge and got a little stinky. :)

Have you tried giving them whole chickens? Others will be able to
assist you better I'm sure! Welcome to the wonder world of raw feeding!
