RE: [rawfeeding] Source Info Needed - Freecycle

about the meat, someone gave me a big roast that had been frozen for 5 yrs!!! So i thawed it out almost all the way and sliced it. About 1/4" in the meat was brown, but after that 1/4" the meat was perfectly pink like it shoould be!! I was kinda amazed at that myself. They ate it and had no ill effects.
