Yes! That it's not diet-related, essentially. He needs to be on a
plain prey model raw diet, with minimal supplementation. He will not
become healthy by tweaking his food all over the place. The
reactions which you attribute to the food are coming from within him
- his dietary needs are not special, but his unique disease, which
comes, as you surmise, from the vaccines, certainly is. So you need
to fight fire with fire, not with food. Go to ClassicalHomeopathyPets
and ask there. You'll get a better idea of what's wrong and how to help.

In the meantime, feed him like a dog. A raw diet is perfectly well-
balanced to suit his needs - that's what he was designed to eat, and
there is no aspect of such a diet that runs counter to supporting an
immune system, weak or strong. The supplements you are using are not
correct or healthy - proper food, meat and bone, has it all and needs
no amendment.
