[rawfeeding] Re: Why gorge and fast?

I Gorge and fast for a couple of reasons:
if we are on a 2 or 3 day road trip i dont bother bringing food for my
dobe and he couldn't care less, water is all he needs..great for
convenience ( ever try to pack enough raw meat for a 3 day road trip?)

the digestive tracts of dogs are by design made to gorge and fast,
whether or not we take advantage of that is another issue, but in my
case I love the idea of not having to baby sit my dogs stomach, they
call them mans best friend..not just because dogs are great, but low
maintenance in the eating department.
