Green or raw or unprocessed tripe is one or more of the stomachs of an
herbivore, usually beef.

I feed it in small quantities in addition to and along with their main meal,
so I don't classify it as either.

It's great that you have it, the dogs will love it, and you will be amazed
that it could smell that bad.

Remember . . . "80/10/10" is nothing more than an approximation of a prey
animal's proportion, to use as a guide when feeding parts over time. Tripe is
stomach, so it's a quite small percentage of an entire prey animal. Feed a
little now and then.
