[rawfeeding] beef heart

Hi -- I am kind of new to this and have just start varying my dogs diet
from chicken and turkey to beef and organ meat. If beef heart
considered beef or organ meat?? I fed my border beef heart for
breakfast yesterday and kideny for dinner and he has runny stools and
was up during the night. I fed turkey this morning hoping to firm him
up -- I'm out to the store to buy chicken now.
So was it too much beef -- or too much organ??
