cartilage matrix and synovial fluid.

of glucosamine sulfate in the treatment of osteoarthritis, particularly
of the knee."

Any body part that includes a joint or other cartilage offers
glucosamine. Joints, chicken feet, chicken/turkey sternum--you should
not have too much trouble finding cartilage and by extension
glucosamine in a good raw diet.
