[rawfeeding] How to store big bits

When you have a piece of something that will be enjoyed over a couple
of feeds, how do you store it? Wrapped up in plastic in the fridge?
On a plate? WIll it taint any other food in the fridge? Does it need
to be covered etc? How long do you keep it/will it last? etc etc
