[rawfeeding] Feeding Raw Advice
Hi Everyone,
I'm new to the group and am hoping to get some tips from some of you about
feeding raw.
I have two 8 month old Labradoole pups who were raised on a raw food diet,
which I have maintained however they are quite fussy eaters (must be the
poodle in them watching their girlish figures?!) and I constantly worry they
are not eating enough. Here's what I'm looking for advice on.
1. Previously it was my understanding that 60-80% of their diet should
be raw meaty bones and the rest vegies, but from what I see in your list
intro emails, if I have understood correctly, since wolves don't eat the
stomachs of prey that they don't need veg, just RMB?
2. My girls seem to turn their noses up at anything with vegies in it
and will go days without eating, mostly I give in after 3 days and serve
something else as I worry about them.
Grateful for your guidance….
Regards,
Kate
