[rawfeeding] feeding "ol Roy "

I wish I could share with you all a picture of my neighbors chocolate
lab, he has been fed "ol Roy" from walmart for as long as I can
remember. I know its "ol Roy" because his owner keeps the empty bag to
fill up with dog poop before tossing them..

"harley" the lab has constant issues with goobers in his eyes, (they
weep constantly)his coat is stiff dull and very dry, his nails are
split and cracked in places, and harley is a pooping machine, 5 or 6
huge piles of rejected "ol roy " sitting in the yard daily waiting for
my cheap tight wad neighbor to come home and pick up.

I have been debating on approaching my neighbor about feeding raw, but
not really sure how to go about it, his dog is sweet and loving, his
owner isnt so much. anyone have any suggestions on a approach?
