I feed turkey legs when I can find them cheap enough – our dogs
have no problems with them. they just crunch, crunch swallow till
all gone.

What size dog does she have?
Any kind of bone pieces have never been a problem for me. Or my
dogs.
She could always just pick up the pieces she thinks are too
pointy.
