[rawfeeding] Re: New dog here, need some help

Hi, Jeni!
It would be ok, but depending on the protein you start her out on, it
might just be easier to feed with the bone.
You could start with boneless beef or pork.
Remember, smaller rather than larger portions at first. Since she's
tiny, 2-3 meals a day to start might be better for her.
You want to introduce one protein a week, to allow her system to
adjust and to be able to know exactly what is causing the problem if
she develops one.
As you introduce variety in proteins, you'll want to add variety in
body parts when you can't feed whole prey. Organs need to be added
gradually, too, but a bit at a time at first.
