[rawfeeding] Vacation feeding

many thanks to all of you who got me stsarted on raw feeding my 65lb
golden about 6 weeks ago -- the last recall did me in. He is doing
well on it.

We will be travelling for two weeks and our boy will be one week at a
boarding kennel one week with a friend. I was thinking about kibble
but reading the archives talked me out of it. I plan on freezing raw
meals for him, but I just am not comfortable putting bones in these
meals -- we supervise him, once in awhile he has a small problem, once
in a while he throws up and I will not do that to the friend nor will
I trust these folks to supervise him.

Given that, will two weeks without bones be OK or should I somehow
supplement? He will be eating get chicken breast (bonelsss), chicken
liver, ground beef, Probably some pork and turkey. Also, can I throw
his salmon oil capsules in the bag and freeze them too?

Many thanks.

Melissa
