The USDA Agriculture Marketing Service (AMS) publishes the IMPS
(Institutional Meat Purchase Specifications), which lists only:

726 BEEF TRIPE, SCALDED, BLEACHED (DENUDED)
727 BEEF TRIPE, HONEYCOMB, BLEACHED

American Meat Processors Association (NAMP), uses these numbers:

1737 Beef Paunch (Tripe), PSO H, Scalded & Bleached
