[rawfeeding] new to raw feeding in Ohio

Hi everybody,
my stepdaugher would like to start feeding her danes raw. However, she cannot find any fresh tripe, nor trachea or any other raw food. Of course, grocery stores carry meat, but at those prices, it will be hard to feed her 8 dogs. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
