[rawfeeding] First time Fish feeding
Quick update: 12 week old 10 lb. Mini Schnauzer
1 week: raw chicken: Drums, wings, leg quartersand small amount of
liver. = firm poop
2nd week: PORK: Western style ribs and heart = soft runny poop. It
seems the bone is harder to chew for her so she may not be getting
enough bone. Also I may have fed to much heart.
3rd week: 1 feeding so far of Whole (gutted) white seabass. I cut the
head off to help her get started thinking she would eat the fillet and
to my surprise she ate the HEAD!. OMG it was so gross and I was a
little bit worried but she was fine (except for a fishy smell). I
picked up the body of the fish and will give it to her in the morning.
I plan on feeding some fish and some beef during her 3rd week. Maybe a
beef neck to try and get some more bone in her diet.
