I've been pondering the same question as I get up the courage to go
visit some of our local butchers!

I plan to use my usual "cute blonde" M.O. to charm them - thank goodness
most butchers are men! LOL! But I rarely ever do anything without my
alter ego "smart blonde" having fully researched everything I need to
know! So you have significantly helped "smart blonde" feel comfortable
so off we go to the butcher! THANKS!!!!
