Re: [rawfeeding] Going out of town. Husband wants to feed nature's variety while I am gone.
Quite frankly in my opinion, if he's still willing to hand feed her
while you are away, let him feed her nature's variety.
For 13 days it will not harm her. And is better than kibble. AND is
better than just throwing her food out in the yard. Could be that he
just can't handle the idea of touching food and holding it for her to
chomp on. I'm used to meat and I wouldn't want to do that either. :)
You should actually be quite thrilled that he went out and found
something that he could handle so that your Katie could be fed fairly
properly. I know many a man who wouldn't have done that, and would
have just said. I can't do that, and would have just tossed her meat
down for the 13 days that you are gone (with or without telling you.)
So be glad that she'll be fed something that is not harmful to her.
