I'd find a different kennel, personally, if they're only letting your
dog out twice a day. There's no reason to keep a dog penned up like
that just because they're at a kennel. Find one that's actually a
"doggy daycare" and I think you'll find that attitudes toward the
animals are much different.
Also, they should be willing to feed her normal diet. Diet changes in
animals in their care can cause all kinds of problems, which they should
be very willing to avoid.
I know this situation was an emergency, but for the future, scout around
a bit and find something more dog-friendly.
As far as her current situation and how it will effect her, I don't have
enough experience to comment on..
