Go Palette! I'd bet -- since I also have a dog (albeit a bigger
dog!) who consumes beef necks -- that she'll be able to get through
at least oxtail as well. (Can you find it cheap though? Cuz I
can't, not anymore.) Ribs, though, are more iffy -- sometimes Griff
motors through them, sometimes he picks them clean and leaves the
bones.

Only way to know, for your dog, is to feed them & find out. At any
rate, they're not denser than teeth, so there's no harm in trying.

Do be careful with the oxtail -- you'll want a fairly large piece of
tail, not the pre-sliced stuff they usually sell in the store.
