[rawfeeding] Corgis and allergies

FWIW, one of my Corgis (started on raw at nine years of age) had horrendous allergies every year (~Aug./Sept.) without fail for five years of his life. The first year he was switched to raw, voila! Allergies never occured. Hmmm, coincidence? I think not. But, my dogs were basically switched to prey model raw (with apologies to Holly the rescue GSD who had to endure veggies for a month before I "saw the light"), and that made all the difference.
While you've made headway by getting away from kibble, Kristen, your Corgi truly does not need all that "stuff" -- think natural, think "small house wolf" and get that Corgi straightened around. Sometimes we humans tend to overthink and overcomplicate things, but remember that Mother Nature always has the right answer. Look to that and your dog will benefit greatly.
