Sounds like your little girl has a lot going on...

Antibiotics alone can really tear up your gut...and you say that it's
"because of ticks" - has she been diagnosed with a TBD? Or is this a
preventative thing? In any case, do some googling on the side effects of
the antibiotic you're using. "Stomach upset" is one of the most common side
effects of these meds, but you need to be aware of others in case she has a
problem with her particular prescription. And as always, when in doubt,
inform your vet.

Something you may want to look into is probiotics. A nice human grade
enteric coated product given at least two hours away from the antibiotic may
help settle her gut. We've recently had a brief discussion on just this
subject, so check the archives and you'll be able to catch up.
